What You Will DoAt Kenvue, we are looking to replace a maternity leave between December 2024 and May 2025.
Working within the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio, communication strategy, and digital acceleration for some of the brands across the cluster (Naturals & Cough).
You will be responsible for the market and business performance for a portfolio of leading brands within Southern Europe.
Internally, you will be a key partner of the Brand Cluster Squad and participate in the Commercial Squads Meeting for primary markets.
You will also pursue the highest standards of quality, compliance, and ethics.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFull accountability to deliver 3-year Operational Plan NTS/share targets.Driving the growth of the portfolio of brands across the Southern Europe Cluster.Experience developing and activating content & communication plans and a deep understanding of customer requirements.Work in close partnership with the Franchise teams and country brand activation teams to assure strategic alignment and flawless execution on key initiatives for the group of brands across the cluster.Provide leadership and direction to other functions on the development and deployment of key initiatives for the group of brands across the cluster.Active involvement in Cluster Cough & Cold Squads.Lead local communications and participate in media planning for the South Europe Cluster countries based on target consumers to ensure that media/comms budget is invested efficiently to drive maximum return.Engage with agencies to enable compliant, efficient, effective, and timely adaptation/development of assets as well as assure consistent activation of the integrated marketing communication strategy for the brands.Partner with the e-commerce, pharmacy, and professional team(s) to accelerate brand growth within these channels.Tracking by cluster/market of KPIs - NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV.BMEs management.Demonstrates excitement, passion, and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition, and impactful claims.Ensure that all regulatory and quality processes are deployed and implemented per approved procedures.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For Specific RequirementsStrong Business, Financial & digital acumen.Excellent communication and strong influencing skills - communicate clearly with strong impact and excel in leading teams.Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and influence them.Sharp analytical skills and known to work as a self-directed decision-maker.Able to analyze data quickly and infer insights to act and move forward.Ability to manage complexity and perform effectively in a matrixed organization.Strategic thinking with a drive for action.Proactive and results-driven.
