We put people first, care fiercely, earn trust with science, and solve with courage.What will you doWe are looking for a Digestive Health Laxative and Anti-Hemorrhoidal Southern Europe Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team and help us push forward our Digestive Health business.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving the growth of Laxative & Anti-Hemorrhoidal business across the Southern Europe Cluster.Full accountability to deliver 3-year Operational Plan NTS/share targets.Experience developing and activating content & communication plans and a deep understanding of customer requirements.Work in close partnership with the regional franchise teams and country brand activation teams to assure strategic alignment and flawless execution on key initiatives for the group of brands across the cluster.Provide leadership and direction to the other functions on the development and deployment of key initiatives for the brand across the cluster.Active involvement in the Brand Cluster & Regional Squad.Lead local comms and media planning for Southern Europe based on target consumer to ensure that media/comms budget is invested efficiently to drive maximum return.Tracking by cluster/market of critical metrics.Budget management.Demonstrates excitement, passion, and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition, and impactful claims.QualificationsStrong Business, Financial & digital competence.Strong communication and influencing skills - communicate clearly with strong impact and excel in leading teams.Strong Interpersonal skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple team members simultaneously and influence them.Sharp analytical skills, able to analyze data quickly and infer insights to act and move forward.Ability to manage complexity.Critical thinking with a drive for action.Proactive and results-driven.
