Brand & Customer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Southern Europe Location: Barcelona, Spain Mission: In this role, you will develop & execute the marketing plans for Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy), with the goal of driving brand building initiatives and sustainable sell-through results for both the Sportswear and the Workwear side of the business.
Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager, Continental Europe.
Key Responsibilities Act as a strong business partner to the Sales team & develop focused Marketing plans in alignment with the company growth strategy for omnichannel success Execute the Marketing mix for Southern Europe (Sportswear & Workwear) Regional Marketing budget management Manage & activate the local PR agencies (Spain, France & Italy) Identify and establish relevant partnerships and collaborations with local organizations, ambassadors and influencers that can strengthen the brand in the region. Manage the key local brand partnerships for asset generation & storytelling through PR & the company's owned channels Plan & execute local events (PR, Consumer or Trade facing activities) Plan & develop KA and specialty stores sell-in & sell-through programs (in-store & digital) Leverage the regional retail network for PR work & consumer engagement initiatives Support the development and distribution of Marketing materials for tech clinics & staff trainings Manage and adapt assets for use across omni-channel Experience/Skills University degree or similar in the field of Marketing/Business +5 years working experience within Marketing (preference for sports/outdoor industry or FMCG) Very strong verbal & written communication skills in English & Spanish (knowledge of French &/or Italian is a plus) Networking & partnership management experience Strong presentation skills Good skills in MS-Office, especially in Power-Point Willing to multitask and work under pressure, with ability to prioritize effectively Strong project management and coordination skills Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration Understanding of the retail and sporting goods environment Experience with digital & in-store customer campaigns Interest in technical apparel & footwear Having a holistic view & understanding of importance of sales and marketing collaboration Adaptable to changing demands and circumstances Personal Attributes Solution oriented with positive mindset Energetic and enthusiastic Systematic and well organized Team player Having a "doer-mentality", ready for hands-on work Social intelligence, adaptable to different cultures & styles Empathy for other perspectives Active Listening Passion for sports & the outdoors Willingness to travel We Offer: The opportunity to join a high-performance team within a global brand in growth.
