QUALIFICATIONS:College Graduate, preferably Business Management/Administration, Finance, or any related course.With valid driver's license.Can drive motorcycle.With experience in marketing, sales and collection in a micro lending company is a plus.Willing to do field works and extend overtime.Can start ASAP.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversees the growth and development of portfolio in terms of profitability, number of accounts, volume and deposit level target.Develop, robust knowledge and give feedback of all products of deposits offered and latest changes of competitors.Plan and strategize ways in deposit generation and client satisfaction.Perform and attend sales activities, presentations and calls to generate new business and enable the bank to be more visible in the banking community.Works hand in hand with other marketing and support groups of the bank to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery to customers.Must have an unquestionable attitude and behavior in relationship management.Exhibit high level of professionalism in appearance, client handling and service delivery.Monitor, document, and prepare reports on incoming and outgoing accounts to minimize risks and enable the bank to plan ahead.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Company eventsFree parkingLife insuranceOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingPromotion to permanent employeeTransportation service providedSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryBonus payOvertime payPerformance bonusEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/30/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
