We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager, whose mission it is to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active members for our LEADERS IN CONSULTING Community. You are welcome to start with us as soon as possible, but you should be available from 01.11.2024 at the latest.
Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary tailored to the cost of living in your location and commensurate with experience. Holidays and sick days are compensated. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
About SAWO

To this end, we organize physical and virtual network meetings, conferences, podcasts, and other networking opportunities for our community members. Furthermore, we operate websites as well as LinkedIn and WhatsApp channels through which we publish custom content such as posts, newsletters, and blog posts and connect community members. Our communities include executives from renowned companies such as BCG, EY, Bosch, Mercedes, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, Siemens and many more. Our goal is to welcome two million active members to our communities by 2034.
Your tasks
LEADERS IN CONSULTING is an exclusive community for CEOs, Partners, and Managing Directors in the consulting industry. We foster business growth through knowledge exchange and networking. Your mission is to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members, specifically Partners and MDs from consulting firms with at least 50 employees.
Your 1-Year Mission:
Drive growth by winning 1,000 additional active community members. Secure 25 sponsors by creating a pipeline of 250 leads (lead has 1st call with us).
First 90 Days:
Win 40 sponsor leads (wants to have a 1st call with us). Secure 100 active community members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies. Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches. Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach. Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO and CTO. Generation of participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London. Travel to our own events to learn about and optimize our community events.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Availability: You are available at the latest with 40h / week. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to test and iterate strategies to find the most effective approaches.
