This role will involve booking, confirming, and managing changes for packages that satisfy clients' promotional and business needs. These experiences could run the gamut from a culinary odyssey through Greece to a 'World Tour' including five concerts in five different countries across the world.. . In addition, you will also be asked to research and suggest potential events, activities, and travel providers for new experience packages. Our client needs are diverse, so anything from a Kenyan luxury safari for 40 travelers to the perfect Father's Day fishing trip in Islamorada is fair game!. . Responsibilities:. ? Utilize booking systems and online platforms to secure reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services at the direction of the Concierge Manager.. ? Confirm reservations, manage booking changes, and handle cancellations as needed.. ? Create and maintain accurate records of travel bookings and reservation numbers. ? Lead creation of guest itineraries with accurate reservation details and information.. ? Maintain a database of trusted travel suppliers, accommodations, and other vendor accounts.. ? Research pricing and suggest potential hotels, activities, and travel providers for new experience packages and itineraries at the direction of the [Category Manager - Experiences.]. ? Direct Support Agents on additional booking support as needed.. ? Provide live support via text and/or trip chat to active travelers regarding their bookings and reservations as needed... .. .
