ResponsibilitiesEvery lead creates smiles.You will help our customers to make a booking to our clinics and follow-up their attendance.Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellations.Represent our company with accurate and timely information on our products, campaigns, policies, and procedures.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using correct procedures and tools.Recognise and proactively report trends, potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve our customer journey.Embrace, be adaptive and respond timely to constructive customer and team feedback.Keep accurate records of customer interactions and activities.What we offerInternational team!
