As a Program Manager - People Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving insights and strategic actions based on HR data.

We are looking for an experienced People Analytics practitioner with hands-on experience to be part of our People & Culture Program Office.
If you are curious, data savvy, love to manage projects, and are keen to learn and form an opinion on various people trends and challenges - this role is for you!
The work you'll do: Automate data flow for company-wide People & Culture reporting Configure and maintain the Workday People Analytics module and drive the tool's adoption Build dashboards and organizational health reports for People Business Partners Support and/or run deep-dive analyses on specific HR topics Conduct advanced data analysis, and identify patterns and trends in people data Create data visualisations and use data storytelling techniques to inform decision-making on people topics Co-create the People Analytics strategy, manage strategic people projects, and take on an active role in the evolution from a reporting function to an analytics and insights-driven motion Implement best practices in People Analytics and stay current with industry trends The qualifications you need: A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; or comparable hands-on experience.
