Protecnium is a leading international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services. We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a construction project based in Madrid.Position: BIM Coordinator Location: Madrid, Spain Duration: 12 months Language Requirement: English (B2 minimum) Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to manage and execute a critical project related to Data Centers in Madrid. The role involves producing and integrating technical drawings and models, ensuring that all plans are accurate and easy to interpret. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, and will be responsible for creating solutions for complex building structures.Key Responsibilities:Integrate information from multiple plans into a unified BIM model used for construction and maintenance.Collaborate with design teams, clients, architects, surveyors, engineers, and project managers.Assist senior engineers and managers with drawings and technical plans.Produce structural models, drawings, and schedules using BIM software.Present designs and make adjustments based on feedback or prototype testing.Ensure that all drawings are precise and easy to interpret.Work primarily from an office environment.Required Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in a BIM-related role.Proficiency in BIM software and relevant tools.Effective communication skills in English (B2 level).PRL course (60 hours)Benefits:Computer and phone provided22 days of paid vacation annuallyNote: The above description outlines the general nature of the job and its responsibilities but is not exhaustive.
