Billing Team Supervisor (English Speaker)

Do you have experience managing billing processes?If the answer is yes, this opportunity is perfect for you!Your responsibilities as a Billing Team Supervisor will be:Supervising a team of 12 billing specialists/junior team leadersOptimizing people management in relation to recruiting, engagement and performance managementOverseeing the full cycle of billing and invoice processes and providing relevant accurate reports to stakeholdersMonitoring account status and balances while also identifying inconsistenciesMonitoring of teams workload performance while also identifying improvement pointsCollaborating with other finance/admin departments to ensure inconsistencies are corrected and issued correctlyReporting to management regarding billing activity and providing reliable and relevant dataImplementing new processes, tools and best practices for the team while providing continued supportCollaborating with relevant departments with regards to Finance Improvement projectsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:You have at least 2 years of experience within a similar people management positionYou have experience managing a team of more than 10 peopleYou have full professional proficiency in English, any other European language is a plusYou have experience in billing or administrative related positionsYou have great communication and negotiation skillsYou have the ability to work under pressure with initiativeWhat's in it for you?Growth OpportunitiesInternational environmentPermanent contractMonday to FridayMeal voucherHybrid work format23 days of holidaysThe company:International Company based in Barcelona #J-18808-Ljbffr
