Bess Service Manager

Mars Renewable Europe Service team is looking for a highly accomplished renewable energy Service Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong entrepreneur to advance their career to the next level. Reporting to the Europe Service Director, this position will work with cross-functional teams. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Develop the overall strategy and plan for the delivery and service business in Iberia, and achieves business, service brand, and customer satisfaction goal; 2. Improve the operation model, builds a service cooperation ecosystem, and support sustainable and efficient business development; 3. Develops and deploys energy service resources and capabilities and improves resource utilization and team operating capabilities. 4. Able to manage O&M tool, process, and build spare parts management facilities, Iberia EHS, QA compliance. Desired Skills and Characteristics: 1. Good communication skills with customer, teamwork spirit; tough and able to work under pressure, good professionalism, hard-working, strong execution, good learning ability; 2. Have good analysis, summarization, and planning capabilities, 3. Ability to travel up to 30% 4. Need contact the China R&D and product colleagues, speaking fluent English 5. Solar, BESS, PCS, EMS experience 6. Knowledge of mechanical and electronics principals and AC/DC power distribution. 7. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits; 8. Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic schematics and mechanical drawings;
