What You Will Do Support the development, implementation, and management of global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiativesEnsure all benefits programs follow local, regional, and global regulationsHandle relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring service delivery and resolving any issuesDevelop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about benefits offerings and any changesAnalyze benefits data and trends to assess current programs' efficiency and identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement wellness initiatives to improve overall employee health and well-beingConduct benchmarking studies to ensure our benefits packages remain competitive in all regionsWork closely with HR, legal, and other departments to align benefits strategies with overall business objectivesCoordinate with regional and local teams to ensure consistent implementation of benefits programsProvide guidance and support to employees during open enrollment periods and implement new benefitsAssist in crafting and updating benefits and LOA policies and procedures to support program deliveryPartner with Legal and People OPs to ensure that the LOA programs are consistent with local legislationWhat We're Looking For A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience working with benefits management, ideally of at least 3+ yearsIn-depth knowledge of benefits programs, regulations, and best practicesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrategic Thinking and problem-Solving mentalityMeticulous with a commitment to accuracy and qualityAbility to work collaboratively in a global distributed team environmentCultural Sensitivity At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
