Currently, we are looking for a Supply Chain Trainee to join our Logistics team for an internship, where you will learn, develop professionally, and contribute with your knowledge.
Your mission: Support the management of the flow of information to ensure product availability in terms of quality, timing, and cost, optimizing service rates to customers, stock levels, and minimizing lost sales.
You will also participate in: Designing mechanisms and processes to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of delivery quality (product and timing).
Collaboration with other departments in the continuous improvement of processes according to our "5 Axes" model from our customers to our suppliers.
Ensuring the required information is communicated efficiently with customers, suppliers, and internally to facilitate decision-making and operations.
Some tasks you will participate in include: Coordinating the correct parameterization of the material management system.
Participating in meetings and committees: analyzing and proposing action plans to achieve No Useful Stock objectives.
Ensuring product availability in Valeo Service Spain according to agreed quality standards.
Managing logistical transport incidents.
Identifying and implementing progress actions with suppliers.
Developing internal progress plans for the function, department, division, and Valeo Group.
Applying Purchasing and Supply procedures, as well as participating in their review and improvement.
Supporting the resolution of problems with erroneous IDOCs.
Participating in departmental reporting.
Managing orders and analyzing CBOs.
Managing and controlling Freight in transportation and validating invoices.
Participating in QRQC Logistics, supporting supply chain issues and managing key production problems.
Managing logistical incidents with suppliers.
What you need: Desire to learn and contribute your knowledge!
Ability to speak and understand English.
Studied or currently studying subjects related to engineering and/or Supply Chain.
Interesting details: Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 - 17:30; Friday: 8:00 - 14:30.
Paid internship: 800€/month + meal tickets.
