We want to get onboard the Head of Assembly and Warehouse to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. Responsibilities: Ensure integration with engineering and procurement departments to fulfill manufacturing deadlines and quality. Provide visibility in terms of costs and deadlines for Project Management. Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. Plan and draw up a production schedule. Decide on and order the resources required and ensure stock levels remain adequate. Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance. Set quality standards and ensure production is cost-effective by estimating costs and negotiating budgets with clients and managers. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs. Prepare the Rolling Forecast for internal Siemens Mobility suppliers. Manage the Product Business from sales order receipt through SAP system creation and PO launch until delivery to the customer. Involve in global initiatives of the Digital Factory continuously looking for potential improvements in production. Communicate with the Global Factory community to share best practices and involve in initiatives to be implemented in Factory. Provide updated figures for bidding estimation on production costs. Analyze the workload in the Factory and warehouse and take actions if needed. Liaise with different departments, teams, and companies, e.G., suppliers, managers, clients. Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times. Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget while meeting quality standards and targets. Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals. Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports for factory managers and customers. Supervise and motivate a team of workers and review worker performance to identify training needs. Manage the Warehouse for the Factory and projects. Manage external service providers like Project Logistics. Follow up on the overall material flow from inbound material to delivery to subcontractors, final assembly, testing, packaging, and final delivery.
