Job Description As the Global Operations Analyst, you will: - Work with local structures across all countries, leveraging available data and tools to recommend the best next actions.
- Analyze, in real time, country performance and make necessary corrections.
- Ensure clear and recurrent analysis to provide the best short and long-term strategy for local structures.
How will you make an impact?
- Be a decision maker on operational changes by taking data-driven decisions.
- Own the relationship between the global operations team and local structures.
- Propose and influence operational direction of local structures.
- Manage KPIs and drive innovation within the department.
Qualifications - 2 years or more of experience in project management, analytics, operations, or related positions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and curious mindset.
- Proficient in Excel; SQL, Python, or R are a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and report creation skills.
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
- Fluent in English (Minimum C1).
