Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven German Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts through Google Ads products for our German-speaking clients.
You will help clients grow their businesses by offering tailored digital marketing strategies and solutions, focusing on maximizing the impact of their advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Google Ads sales and marketing strategies for German-speaking clients.Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending Google Ads solutions to meet their objectives.Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to create personalized Google Ads campaigns that drive performance and ROI.Provide expert guidance on Google Ads products, including Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and YouTube.Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet clients' goals, including tracking key performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.Generate leads and contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and building client portfolios.Support clients with their digital marketing strategy, from campaign setup to performance review and optimization.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure clients receive exceptional service and results.Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices to ensure clients' strategies are ahead of the curve.Skills & Qualifications:Native or fluent in German (spoken and written).Strong understanding of Google Ads products and digital marketing strategies.Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, preferably with Google Ads products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.Ability to present complex information in a clear and actionable way.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher is a plus.Google Ads certification is a plus but not mandatory.Competitive Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Commission-based incentives tied to sales performance.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Professional training and certification opportunities in Google Ads and other digital marketing areas.Health and wellness benefits.Access to state-of-the-art tools and resources for campaign management.How to Apply:If you are a motivated sales and marketing professional fluent in German, with a passion for Google Ads, we encourage you to apply.
