For one of our clients – a world-renowned company known for their collaborations with top clients in the customer experience field, we are on the lookout for determined, organized, and responsible individuals for the role of Backoffice Support Specialist with Dutch and English (Hybrid Model of Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide amazing client service and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Assess and address customer inquiries.
Handle product support needs and troubleshoot issues.
Offer timely, clear, and easy-to-follow solutions.
Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
Requirements: Fluency in Dutch and good English skills (B2/C1 level).
Impressive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Team-player attitude and eagerness to learn and improve.
Determined, responsible, and excited to work on 24/7 shifts.
Our client offers: Attractive salary package (2500-3000 BGN GROSS), plus additional health insurance coverage.
Relocation assistance for employees moving to Bulgaria from abroad.
Part-time option available (4h or 6h shifts) as well as a hybrid model of work.
Fully paid initial training (during the first 6 weeks from the office) and various other learning opportunities.
