We are offering a Operating & Backoffice Specialist (m/f/d) function within our Nacora, Insurance Broker Team at our site located in Porto.
Your Role As a Operating & Backoffice Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the management, administration, and maintenance of insurance policies, customer service and negotiating the conditions with insurance companies. Your Responsibilities Handling of insurance policies: registrations, cancellations, modifications, billing, endorsements, etc;Negotiating with insurance companies new policies, renewals, endorsements, etc;Customer service, customer advice;Monthly statements to insurance companies;Sales team support and internal customers support. Your Skills and Experiences Secondary degree (mandatory) or university degree (preferred);Around 2 years of experience in Insurance/Brokers;Insurance knowledge;Microsoft Office knowledge: Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;Good level of English knowledge (written & spoken).
