Responsibilities: Provide administration support to Aqua Aero Operations in Spain and Italy in areas such as administration, customer service, sales, and logistics. Monitor sales orders. Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers. Check order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing, and delivery dates. Invoice customers and send proof of shipment. Manage stock and order new products as needed. Prepare and supervise documents including quotations, workflow sheets, invoices, stock position, transport documents, and certificates of application. Prepare financial reports. Represent AQUA AERO efficiently and professionally at all times. Frequent visits to our coating workshops, mainly in Spain, to improve efficiency, decrease costs, and assist in problem-solving.

Profile: Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); knowledge of Italian is a plus. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel). Good analytical skills. Effective communication with internal and external partners. Proactive and self-motivated. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 2,000.00€ per month

Expected hours: 24 per week

Work Location: In person
