Job OverviewWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a B2B Sales Manager on a commission-based structure. This role requires a dynamic professional with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of our company.
Note: This role is commission-based only; basic salary cannot be offered for this role initially.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and address any issues that arise. Essential Skills and QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related field.Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience selling Consulting or HR Services strongly preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
