Company Overview Who we are looking for? SPACE44 is seeking a Digital Growth and Acquisition Specialist to lead our B2B lead generation efforts.
This role is central to our digital strategy and requires a deep understanding of B2B dynamics, complemented by data-driven digital marketing skills.
The main responsibility is to create and optimize a consistent lead generation funnel suitable for the international IT Staff Augmentation market.
Responsibilities Audience Insight & Strategy: Dive deep into understanding our B2B audience, refining and evolving our client avatar for maximum relevance in the staff augmentation domain.USP Integration: Wave our USP into every digital campaign, highlighting SPACE44's unique value in staff augmentation.Digital Campaign Execution: Design and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms optimal for B2B lead generation, such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and specialized B2B networks.Lead Quality Focus: Prioritize the generation of high-quality leads that are primed for call conversion, understanding the high lifetime value associated with each potential client.Performance Analysis: Regularly review and optimize campaigns, ensuring they resonate with decision-makers in businesses we target.Organic Growth: Lead efforts in SEO, content marketing, and other organic strategies to ensure SPACE44 is top-of-mind in staff augmentation discussions.Collaborate: Work in tandem with the Customer Success and our Creative team, ensuring the leads generated are primed for conversion in subsequent interactions.Industry Trends: Stay on the cutting edge of digital growth trends, especially as they pertain to the B2B space and staff augmentation industry.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation and acquisition.A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in developing and integrating USPs into digital campaigns is desired.At least 2-3 years of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads campaign management.Experience in the staff augmentation industry or similar B2B domains is preferable.Previous experience in SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies is desirable.Demonstrated expertise in lead generation strategies, brand and digital marketing campaigns.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.Key Skills Audience Analysis Expertise: Ability to conduct thorough market research and insight gathering to comprehend and cater to the B2B audience.Branding Acumen: Proficiency in consistently integrating and showcasing the USP in all digital touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency.Digital Advertising Mastery: Demonstrated experience in designing, executing, and managing digital campaigns, especially on platforms tailored for B2B outreach.Lead Generation & Qualification: Strong capability in not only generating leads but ensuring their quality aligns with SPACE44's standards and potential lifetime value.Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using analytics tools, interpreting campaign metrics, and optimizing for better performance.SEO & Content Strategy: Proven experience in driving organic growth through SEO best practices and content-driven strategies.Team Collaboration: Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, especially Customer Success and Creative.Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the digital B2B and staff augmentation sectors.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for both external campaign messaging and internal collaboration.Benefits Embrace a true remote working lifestyle and enjoy a non-linear work day that aligns with your productivity and personal life balance.Be a part of a rapidly scaling business and market, and play a crucial role in driving the company's success.Work with the latest and most innovative tools and systems in a fully digital business environment.Take ownership of your role with a high degree of accountability and responsibility.Continuously develop and grow coaching, training, and self-development, with half-yearly performance reviews focusing on both fair compensation and personal and professional development opportunities.Experience working in a cutting-edge SAAS system environment, staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.Guaranteed 40h working week to ensure an outstanding work-life balance.
