Summary:As an Accountant, you will be responsible for accounting of CHS entities in Switzerland and Iberica, together with small entities such as Cyprus & Turkey.
Responsibilities:Managing account payable and receivable booking, general and administrative cost recognition, travel expenses.Management of accounting entries in JDE, prepare reporting and reconciliation.Analysis of general and administrative expenses, ensure follow up of budget versus forecast.Liaising with tax compliance service providers in relations to local taxes and EU VAT filing.Ensure all accounting processes are performed in accordance with corporate and local governance. Internal controls are in place and followed.Revaluation & restatement.Follow up on local accounting and US GAAP reporting.Support Middle Officer with the analysis of Gross Margin and comment on Gross Margin monthly.Review and control for the provisions for gross margin on monthly basis provided by Middle Officer.Prepare the balance reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation in Blackline.Participate in preparation of the budget and forecast.Analytical review of the financial results in collaboration with commercial team and Finance Manager.Minimum Qualifications (required):Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Knowledge of modern accounting and office methods and procedures.Must possess a solid foundation in accounting fundamentals.CPA certification or CPA exam eligible.Experience with Finance ERP system.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others to obtain, share, verify and validate information.Proficiency in MS Office suite.CHS offers a competitive total compensation package.
