¿Qué harás?
: Offer L3 support for Active Directory as part of a global operations team.
This team will work together to offer a follow the sun model 24X5 and will have on call during weekend hours as needed.
Work on a project as it relates to the adoption of privilege access management engineer, including identifying the right mix of tools and techniques to translate a client's needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions.
Monitor Active Directory to support any break fixes, upgrades, patches, and performance or integration related issues.
Maintain responsibility for scheduling periodic reports and addressing audit findings.
Support critical AD functions, including maintenance, patch identification and publication, and upgrades of AD and related modules.
¿A quién buscamos?
: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5-7 years working in Active Directory.
Working experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) in large enterprise environments.
Practical experience with PKI solutions, creation of PKI certificates.
Hands-on experience in deploying backup, high-availability, and DR environments (cold, warm, and hot).
Proven ability to work closely with customer's network and operations team to resolve issues or security concerns of tools/services.
Proven ability to work with vendors in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identified security tools.
Day-to-day activities include working with customer teams and supporting current tasks and activities.
Responsibilities include leading customer engineering teams.
Work closely with customer delivery managers to prioritize daily tasks.
Participate in technical meetings with customers' technical specialists.
Provide top-tier support for incidents relating to AD security tools/solutions.
Continuously improve customers' security deployments and integrate new technologies and services.
Desired: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
Windows PowerShell experience a plus.
Basic knowledge of networking and firewalls.
Relevant Active Directory, PAM tools, PKI and Azure AD.
