About the role: As a People Partner, you will work closely with the People and Tech Teams, being a strategic partner to the Hiring Managers, participating in key projects that will be specifically aimed at our amazing Tech community. You will utilise your excellent communication skills, coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change, ensuring that we retain motivated teams of employees who can deliver an excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison to and service representation of all centralized HR services and concerns (recruitment, L&D, performance management, compensation, etc.) for the tech team. Your role is not to own all these transactions (these are already owned by the core HR team), but rather own problems and improvements in these areas.Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning: Responsible to ensure that there is a robust succession plan in place and that we are developing our leaders and getting them ready for the next challenge making sure they are able to set up performing plans for low performers.Employee Relations & Engagement: You will help on the development and delivering of engagement and communication plans, which drive engagement, so you will instinctively know what's best.Providing support to line managers in employee relations and employment law, to ensure that our employment policies are implemented fairly and consistently.Partnering and leading projects which imply business impacts - change management (site and entity consolidations, optimization of people processes, KPI, metrics and bonus definition).You will work in partnership with Wallbox's learning and development team to make sure that appropriate learning interventions are in place to support the site's succession plan and facilitate the next generation of leaders rising.Ensuring that People team provides exceptional service to your internal customer. You will dive deep and analyse metrics to get to the root cause of any issues, as well as identifying best practices.Requirements: Have significant HRBP experience, gained at business partner level ideally within a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment (at least 3 years).Proven experience working with Tech teams (at least 2 years).High level of English (C1 onwards).High level understanding of the terminology and different types of technology roles and departments.Have problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing and analysing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans.Be able to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels.Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable.Demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviours.Have strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills.Be intellectually curious; bring valuable insight into the team/business.Benefits: 100% company paid private medical insurance, including dental coverage, after one month at the company.Hybrid work (3 days from office / 2 days from home).Attractive compensation package.Flexible working hours.Friday afternoons off.Opportunity to advance your payroll (under request).Unlimited coffee to fuel your mornings.
