Your responsibilities and impact as B2B Technical Support Agent will be: Resolving any IT-related issues of your partners (B2B) that could occur during their office day Supporting customers via different tools, email, and phone Documenting calls on the ticketing tool Escalating problems to the different respective teams Maintaining and improving the customer satisfaction level Communicating with your direct teammates and different departments Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You speak Dutch and English fluently You are interested in learning more about IT You display analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities You possess outstanding communication skills and the mindset of a team player You are reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term employer You are in possession of a passport (if you don't have the NIE and SSN already) Cannot take any holidays in the first 6 months What's in it for you: 20.535 euros gross/year 39hrs/week (from Monday to Saturday, rotative shifts 6am/11pm) Working 4 days a week, 9h45 a day Sometimes even up to 5 days in a row off 95% remote, 1 day per month in the office (need to live on the mainland, around 100 km away from Barcelona) An indefinite contract Private health insurance The opportunity to work and grow in an established multinational company with a global presence A generous restaurant voucher Fully-paid training Career development and leadership program opportunities Free language courses in Spanish, German, French, and English An uplifting and supportive team to become part of Your Future Company: Our client is Europe's leading independent provider of IT Consultancy services.
