ManoMano launched the Pro platform, that targets the small construction companies, in 2019 in France, 2020 in Spain and Italy, and in 2022 in UK and Germany!
TEAM The B2B sales team mission is to provide support both technical and digital to make sure our Pro clients buy easily on our platform and develop a repeat purchase habit.
The B2B sales team is composed of ~50 agents split between our 3 regions: France, Southern Europe and Northern Europe, and a transversal support team in charge of performance, quality, training, tools and process.
Your mission?
Advise and support our German Pro customers and make human support the cornerstone of our customer experience!
MISSIONS Give the best support to pro customers who call us: accompany our pro into their purchases and ManoMano Pro website's handling.
Generate additional BV through outbound calls, hot leads generated by existing customers (ex: abandoned cart).
Give technical advice on our pro specialities: plumbing, sanitary, heating, electricity, toolings, construction works, etc.
Maximize satisfaction of our customer and stimulate repurchase: provide reinsurance on delivery and inventory, optimize shipping fees, etc.

Participate to new Sales initiatives adapted to your market.
PROFILE A solid experience, including in sales or in an activity with customer contacts.
German native, English fluent.
Good knowledge in products and expertise related to construction is a plus.
100% customer centric.
Good digital culture.
Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment).
Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
