This is an internal role within Fullstack Talents. We are a dynamic technical recruitment company, focusing on recruiting EU talent for our clients in the EU, USA and UAE. We are now seeking a new B2B Acquisition Specialist to focus on EU markets.
About you:The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical recruiting as a service and be able to identify and attract clients. You can work with various industries (IT, medical, automotive, manufacturing, services, etc.) and can present yourself as a trusted partner to your clients.
About the job:
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home, contract position.
As a B2B Acquisition Specialist, you will drive the growth of our client portfolio in your market. Your main focus will be identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting sales calls and meetings, and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for our clients. Additionally, you will contribute to developing sales strategies and help identify new market opportunities.
To be more specific: Proactively search for and approach potential B2B clients in your marketConduct sales calls and meetings to present our services and negotiate dealsCollaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales materials and support the execution of marketing campaignsWork closely with account and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for our clientsMonitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunitiesContribute to the development of sales strategies and help drive overall company growth What does our ideal candidate look like? At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with recruitment and staffing servicesProven track record of achieving sales targets and closing dealsStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and results-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and remotelyFluent in English, both written and spoken, and additional European language is beneficialFamiliarity with CRM software and online collaboration tools What do we offer in return?
