Your mission: We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our amazing team in Barcelona. Your profile: As HR Generalist your duties will be: Create and implement new ways of attracting talent. Design and execute our Induction Plan to ensure the correct integration of new staff into the company and help them understand our business and culture. Talent retention and succession: Conduct and analyse exit processes to detect organisational issues and implement retention plans. Workforce: Conduct and analyse the skill set of the existing workforce to determine key positions and content to determine the right job grades. Employee relations: Perform planning and implementation of different actions such as communication, implementing retention plans for key people, individual/collective job implications and advising managers and employees on HR related matters. Training: In collaboration with the Business areas to identify development and training needs, conduct and organise internal training. The Talent Lead will also monitor and evaluate these trainings to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business requirements. Reporting: Review and analyse business data to identify trends, needs and recommend solutions to improve recruitment performance, retention and employee experience. Establish and maintain up-to-date and accurate statistics, send monthly KPI reports to the Regional Director and Talent Management Director. Cooperation: You will work hand in hand with the management layer of the office to devise and launch new projects related to talent attraction-retention. In addition, you will be responsible for the culture of the company and ensure that it is amazing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, especially in Human Resources. Fluency in Spanish and English. Minimum 4 years' experience in HR, at least 2 years in recruitment. High level knowledge of MS Office. Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
