The mission of the functional controller is to bring cost transparency to the Service Owner of its scope of responsibility and support him/her daily on all financial topics.
You will:Manage Product Costs centers and profit centers of your scope of responsibility and ensure proper costs allocation.Handle direct costs and revenue accruals during monthly closing.Conduct operating profit analysis.Prepare monthly cost and revenue forecasts (data gathering and analysis).Create a monthly dashboard for Service Owners (actuals vs budget/forecast analysis and comments).Provide financial advice to the Service Owner.Manage external spend requests for direct costs and the budget approval for the OSPC committee in SNOW (for spend requests over 100k€, should request pillar controller approval).Participate in weekly demand book sessions.Perform quarterly true-up calculations.Gather data and analysis during the planning process for your scope of responsibility.Address all requests/questions from central and local controlling teams for your scope of responsibility.Follow up on overhead costs.Your skills:IT Controlling / FP&A / Cost Controlling; 5-7 years of experiencerequired.
