Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence.

How you'll make an impact: Develop and plan market access projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables. Provide direction and guidance to external project teams to execute tactical market access projects and/or initiatives. Identify and evaluate market access process improvement and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities. Assess access and reimbursement issues that matter to the business in partnership with stakeholders (e.g., Business Units Managers) to identify fast access pathways and optimal reimbursement. Develop local market access opportunities in collaboration with the sales team. Lead the implementation reimbursement strategy for current and pipeline products. What you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 10 years of previous related experience required or Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field, 8 years of previous related experience required. Health-Economics, Business, Political sciences, or Communications preferred. Experience in Market Access, Public Affairs within local country preferred. Experience in Public Affairs or Public Relations and external engagement in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred. Experience with implant market, Medical education and health economic training background is preferred.
A bio-medical engineering background is also suitable preferred. Fluent in English required. What else we look for: Self-motivated, result-oriented, problem solver with strong ownership and leadership skills.
Proven successful project management skills.
