YOU CAN WORK FROM HOME FROM ANYWHERE IN SPAIN.Your role:Provide accurate information to our customers.Log and follow up on requests or incidents.Ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores.Deliver high-caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...).Capture all required data elements in CRM as required by client's training, policies, and procedures.Hours and Benefits:Full-time (39 hours/week) contract.Schedule for 39 hours (rotative): From Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 24:00.Salary for 39 hours/week: 18.800 Euros gross/year + up to 2.400 Euros gross/year in bonus.Opportunity to join an international team.Requirements:Fluent English plus native level speaker of Danish.Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer-facing situations.Good team player with a drive for success.Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
