Remoto: Teletrabajo DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Customer Representative for one of our projects.
YOU CAN WORK FROM HOME FROM ANYWHERE IN SPAIN.
Your role: Provide accurate information to our customers.
Log and follow up on requests or incidents.
Ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores.
Deliver high-caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...).
Capture all required data elements in CRM as required by client's training, policies, and procedures.
Hours and Benefits: Full-time (39 hours/week) contract.
Schedule for 39 hours (rotative): From Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 24:00.
Salary for 39 hours/week: 18.800 Euros gross/year + up to 2.400 Euros gross/year in bonus.

Requirements: Fluent English plus native level speaker of Danish.
Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer-facing situations.
Good team player with a drive for success.
Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.
