Internissimo Recruitment LTD is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit English speaking Team Leader for their Barcelona office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoach and mentor a successful Internal Sales Representatives and Lead Generators, in cooperation with supervisors and regional sales teams.Keeping up to date on product and benefits to ensure that ISRs and Lead Generators build expertise on the product.Work closely with supervisors to ensure that quality results reflect sales target achievement.Provide timely feedback to agents.In collaboration with supervisors develop coaching initiatives for agents targeting their individual needs.Perform live call monitoring to identify non-conversion reasons and propose correction measures.Develop internal training materials specifically focused on developing agents' sales skillset.BENEFITSExcellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance.Be part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.Various discounts available through the partnership scheme.REQUIREMENTSNative/fluent in English, both oral and written. Fluency in German will be considered as an advantage.University degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business administration or any other related field.Minimum 2 years' experience in inside sales experience with strong knowledge of healthcare market.Previous experience as team leader will be considered as an advantage.Ability to deliver training, conduct role plays and provide feedback in 1-2-1 or group format.Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate and persuade.Computer literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set.Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
