Aside from being responsible for developing and leading all commercial activities in Central & Western Europe, you will take direct responsibility for the management and development of the Sales Team.

This position is a member of the European Management team.
The role will be directly involved in the development and execution of the strategic plan with particular focus on establishing a distinct strategic position in the market for new concepts in Sunflower, Sorghum & Carinata.
Responsible for the setting and the delivery of the gross margin and NWC making sure that the targets set are achieved in the financial year.Scope: This position initially has significant focus on sales creation, strategic planning, workforce building, management of budgets and category creation.
It is expected that, dependent on the outcome of the strategic review, the European organisation is expected to grow over the coming years in line with the 10-year strategy.Principal Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and lead the implementation of long range and annual segment plans to capitalize on Nuseed's pipeline of hybrids and traits.Recruitment, development, and retention of a highly motivated team of professionals that position Nuseed in the top quartile for brand and quality image with key farm, distributor and downstream partner customers.Work across the business functions from business services to R&D to ensure business alignment to key initiatives.Develop and manage the Nuseed value proposition with respect to key product launches in the region.Lead account management strategies with major customers, industry bodies and influential groups/government entities
