As a People Partner at Personio, you are part of the People & Workplace Team and responsible for leading the people strategy with our functional leaders across Europe.
You will partner with leaders of all levels in our Tech Function (Engineering, Product, Design & Research), develop and execute effective people plans that enable Tech to achieve its short and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with the overall Personio people vision and strategic pillars.

Role ResponsibilitiesCreate and deliver commercially aligned people plans, including workforce and organisational development in collaboration with senior leaders and their teams.Activate and deliver all core Personio people activities in your department together with your leaders and their teams.Take the lead on Personio people projects at a department level autonomously.Strong collaboration with the other People & Workplace teams to ensure smooth people operations and be the spokesperson for them.Work with senior leaders to successfully master our people cycles around performance growth, compensation, engagement, and workforce planning.Provide regular people data dashboards with insights/actions for business areas to align on future people priorities or needs.Coach and develop leaders around employee relations, conflict resolution, performance, and team dynamics so they can become more self-sufficient.Lead on complex employee relations cases, coaching leaders to up-skill and tackle earlier, whilst identifying emerging trends.Provide a broad generalist knowledge to support your leaders in e.g.
compensation, employment law, learning need analysis, data analysis, and business acumen.Work closely with your senior leaders, building trusted relationships and becoming a member of their extended leadership team.Be a neutral point of contact for any employee to discuss and problem solve sensitive topics. What you need to succeedPrevious experience as a HR Business Partner within Tech Teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Design).Used to partnering with senior leaders regularly.Experience working in a fast-growing technology-focused environment.Understanding of how agile teams are set up and scale.Outstanding communication skills and able to engage and adapt to all different types of situations in an authentic way.Empathy to build trust quickly throughout your area of responsibility.Ability to manage various complex topics simultaneously with ease.Great project management skills, able to own and deliver initiatives at a company level.Distinctive analytical ability of thinking.Ability to balance all levels of stakeholders with ease.Enjoy working in a cross-functional team.Previous experience in performance management, compensation, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, DEI.
