To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to work from our location in Barcelona, reporting to the Business Development Director. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position identifies, qualifies, contacts, and develops sales prospects for our ERP/MES software.
Essential Functions: Initiate communication with prospects by telephone and e-mail.Generate and qualify new leads.Gather data regarding markets and industries using best technology and information resources.Develop prospect relationships.Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.Prepare reports from the CRM system and other software systems.Work as a team with members of the Sales Development department and the Sales and Marketing groups.Utilize Sales Navigator on LinkedIn to identify and contact multiple prospects within a company.Make a minimum of 45 calls per day to prospects using internal Groove/Outreach software.Achieve preset quota for number of qualified leads sent to the field monthly.Add new prospects weekly using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn that are not in CRM.Record all contacts made by email, phone, and tradeshows in CRM.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.Legal authorization to work in Spain is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this job opening.Other Qualifications: Must be a team player who embraces personal and professional responsibility.Proficient with sales tracking Salesforce CRM software.Experience prioritizing sales opportunities.Sound understanding of business functions.Command and comprehension of the French and English language; Italian language command is a big plus.
