Ladder.Io - Traffic ManagerThis is a key role that sits between the creative production, strategy, planning and project management teams - a pivotal link between the 'heads of' at the agency as we deliver campaigns, insights and proposals to our client base.
Importantly, the role is not client facing but it is an essential conduit between all the agency's resources in the planning and delivery of the work the agency produces.Key responsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day workflow of live work going through the agency.Working closely with the Project Managers to advise on current schedules, resolve resourcing conflicts, find solutions to tight deadlines and run weekly scheduling meetings.Supporting the Project Managers on project delivery timelines and helping to mitigate the impact of missed deadlines.Running weekly stand ups with each delivery team to share work schedules and resolve any resourcing conflicts.Owning agency resourcing and forecasting capacity planning across the agency using our internal scheduling system, Float.Working closely with the Growth Operations Director on scoping and resourcing New Business.Highlighting any pinch points in forecasted resourcing to recommend if freelance resource is needed.Reporting and checking on Timesheets weekly and chasing up where necessary.Management reporting on agency capacity, staff delivery and budgeting.Owning and being responsible for the setting up and onboarding of new clients internally on all systems (resourcing, Project management, Client portals).Owning special projects to develop new processes and support the efficiency of communications and delivery across the agency as and when required.You'll do great if you combine the following experience and attributesExcellent mediation and communication skills.A calm presence.Good organizational and planning skills.Good knowledge of the steps required for delivery of creative digital marketing campaigns.Experience of working in a fast paced digital agency environment, preferably in a delivery or operations role.Experience using Resourcing software such as Float, 10kft or Forecast is desirable.Experience using Project Management software such as Asana or Notion would be beneficial but not essential.High Emotional IQ, ability to deliver tough feedback in a constructive manner.Team player, propensity to make decisions that are for the good of the group.Owning it, whether it's something you're really proud of or something you'd rather forget.Perks that will come with your role at LadderEntirely remote work setting.Working with exciting start ups and world-class companies collaborating with amazing specialists in digital marketing.Generous holiday allowance as well as extra days off during the Christmas period, Bank Holidays Mental Health Days.Flexible working hours.Extensive training opportunities: Career Path, Access to ConversionXL Courses, Company Library, LAD Academy, Audible subscription, seminar and training budgets, additional non-work-related training budget.Parental Leave.Mental Health Support, with unlimited online access to your own therapist or coach.Work From Home equipment budget.E-gym membership and e-lunch benefit.Referral Schemes.About LadderWe're specialists in Growth Marketing, experts at unlocking the power of data and making the best decisions to reach our clients' growth goals.
