We are hiring a person to join as Administrative Assistant in our Office in Madrid.

Main Responsibilities & Duties: Perform activities with strong organization and control, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and support for operational success.
Provide support to analysts and managers across various departments such as Finance and Accounting, among others, helping them meet their goals and deliver results.
Assist in the preparation and management of financial records.
Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Support the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across departments.
Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Additional languages such as Portuguese or French are considered a plus.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
Ability to perform tasks requested by immediate managers or analysts.
Previous experience in Construction is desirable.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
