In addition to these missions, the Administrative Officer will be in charge of the coordination of all financial aspects of AXPO Solar Iberia based in Madrid.
This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, ensuring that all administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties: These missions will be your main responsibility.
Provide administrative support to sales, development, legal, construction and HR teams in their respective missions such as: Follow up of project budget,Follow up of invoicing/payment from/to landowners.Maintain records and files.Handle correspondence and communication.Manage office supplies and equipment.Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.Provide general support to visitors.Management of all corporate/administrative documentation both in physical and online formats.Management of documentation on internal platforms.Financial Management: Interactions with UBS Group accounting & Treasury teams & the Accounting and Tax Firm (CPA).Preparing the weekly and monthly cash flow forecast.Managing supplier registration, order process and invoice validation.Financial reporting management to UBS Group.Bank account monitoring.Cost accounting and costs allocation controlling & Budget monitoring.Profile Qualifications:Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role.Solid knowledge of office procedures.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Preferred Qualifications:High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative & Finance officer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
