Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to building the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage, and 100% grid-integrated.
The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
Position:You will work to foster the innovation pace of the company, bringing new ideas to market reinforcing the Open Innovation ecosystem.
Your tasks and duties:Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions for existing and prospective customers (business model definition, pilot and scale-up planning and setup).Collaborate transversally with different Company departments (R&D, TechSales, Sales & Marketing) to support Innovation-related activities and gather valuable inputs.Benchmark NHOA Energy with the most innovative companies to discover, evaluate, and propose best practices that support business and innovation expansion.Monitor Innovation Public policies, in the context of which NHOA can accelerate its e-mobility and Vehicle Grid Integration development.Requirements:Master in Engineering, Management, Economics, Physics, Math; MBA/PhD are considered a plus.4+ years of relevant work experience in Innovation (corporate, Startup, VC, Incubators, consultancy) related to e-Mobility or Energy Industry.Proven experience in successfully navigating complex ecosystems of internal and external stakeholders while delivering results.Good understanding of the innovation funnel and Open Innovation framework.Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages such as French or German would be a plus.Organized, self-directed, and efficient at work.Able to set and maintain high standards of performance.Committed and accountable for completing tasks successfully and independently.Comfortable with self-making next-step decisions.'Think outside of the box' creative mind.Customer and results-oriented.Other information:What we expect from you:You want to join a Company that will challenge you constantly, that is demanding, but that will invest in your professional development on a daily basis.
