About the role : As our Associate Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the global launches of Pharmanovia's Neurology and Oncology franchises in all current and future markets.
You will be working in close collaboration with the Franchise Directors and will be responsible for designing and implementing promotional materials and programs.
You'll work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sales force implementation and launch performance are executed to perfection.
You will be a part of the Strategic Marketing business area, reporting directly to the Chief Brand Officer.
The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies.

Main responsibilities : Developing key message platforms for the brands and ensure they are effectively communicated to customers through promotional and scientific channels Supporting the sales teams by developing high quality, customer focused communication materials which align with the brand strategy Monitoring brand performance through a variety of qualitative and quantitative data sources Supporting market access activities as appropriate as part of cross functional teams Forecasting sales and recommending latest estimates during the financial planning cycle Managing forecasting for supply chain through an 18 month rolling forecast Monitoring and control of expenditure within the marketing budget Building external relationships with partners and customers Building and maintain a high level of disease knowledge and credibility with physicians Building effective and influential relationships with relevant HQ staff Manage promotional activity within the appropriate Code of Practice About you : To succeed in this role, you must have a results-oriented mindset, with a talent for building clear project plans, collaborating with advertising agencies, managing project budgets, and delivering promotional materials and training tools.
You'll need to be systematic and organised in your approach with an ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, business, or marketing; advanced degree preferred 3 to 5 years' experience in commercial functions within an EU/global operational marketing role A track record of successful brand building, especially in the specialist medicine setting Demonstrable competence in all aspects of strategic and operational marketing including leading effective implementation A passion for brand building through insight, intelligence and evidence which turns ideas into results Proven track record of leading teams to outstanding sales achievement Basic understanding of medical aspects of therapy #J-18808-Ljbffr
