This experienced product lead will be accountable for business partnering for one of the CGT products - CellChain Pro or CellCompass, and other CGT initiatives across the globe.
- Accountable for end-to-end project delivery in the given sub-domain/sub-capability.
- Partner with Business Stakeholders and delivery teams for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and project delivery.
- Act as an advisor providing guidance to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.
- Engage with global business leaders and leverage the appropriate IT teams and Functions to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.
Major accountabilities:Own stakeholder management and strategic business partnering to drive product roadmap and support funding/budgeting decisions.Manage IT relationships with internal IT partners such as Salesforce COE and SAP to drive integrations.Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing and validation.Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments/requirements (if applicable), IT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions, and services wherever applicable.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
Minimum requirements:Experience as an IT business analyst with experience in business requirements analysis.IT business partnership: Stakeholder relationship, Building new business cases, Building portfolio of projects, Manage ongoing demand.Experience in productization at global scale.Experience in Agile & DevOps practice knowledge.Enterprise mindset, end-to-end delivery in matrixed organization at enterprise level.Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and oral).Nice to have:Understanding of Salesforce and SAP tech.Experience in implementing patient-focused capabilities.Commercial IT experience.Knowledge of project management models and techniques.Division:Operations
