What Impact You Will Have
In this role, the successful candidate will give support to the accounting department. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a dynamic team to help shape what will certainly be a very cool future!
What You'll Do
General accounting (suppliers, customers, accounting entries, provisions, prepayments, banks, fixed assets)
Preparation of the necessary documentation and information to compile and present the monthly tax obligations.
Bi-monthly forecasting and scheduling of payments.
Collaborate in monthly accounting closings.
What You'll Need
2+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance department
Good knowledge of general accounting standards
Knowledge of ERP such as Navision, Microsoft Business Central, SAP is a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Methodical person with administrative, planning and management capacities and exhaustive person in compliance with internal procedures.
Interest and ability to multitask in a multidisciplinary environment.
Ability to prioritize workload and work with strict reporting deadlines
Fluent in English and Spanish
