Great and passionate people who collaborate, support and complement each other's skills.We are one of Europe's leading low-cost airlines, with special relevance in the Spanish domestic market, as well as in France and Italy.Job PurposeYou'll give legal advice to business units on legal general matters.Main Accountabilitiesadvise in regards of 261 Regulation, regulatory, consumer matters and enforcement proceduresadvise in compliance and competition law matters.support the different business areas reviewing any type of contract or clause within a contract referring to aviation.support data protection matters.Main Responsibilities - TasksLegal advice to business units (mainly corporate, commercial, customer departments).Reviewing and advising on request in relation to contracts and coordinating the execution of contracts.Reviewing 261 Regulation and internal assessments to business units and responding to Nebs request and regulatory sanctioning procedures.Providing support to the DPO of legal department.Support in the elaboration and implementation of the IAG group compliance program at Vueling.Main RelationshipsMembers of legal department.Members heads of other departments.External advisors / lawyers.IAG members.Education- Bachelor in Law.Experience- 3-6 years' experience in a Law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational company.CompetenciesOrganization.Attention to detail.Planning.Priorization.Proactivity.Drive.Communication.Languages- English: fluent.- Spanish: fluent.Other- Airline contract law course would be an asset.- Knowledge of consumer and commercial law.IMPORTANT: this is a temporary position.
