Primary Responsibilities Include: Provide the best experience and complete satisfaction to our clients, anticipating their needs and responding effectively and appropriately to their concerns or requests.
Apply all knowledge and control over the beverage stock, ensuring the perfect condition and storage of the wines in the restaurant's cellar to avoid unnecessary cost losses.
Maintain the vintages, prices, and condition of the wine list up to date, keep an up-to-date inventory of glassware, and make the necessary replacements to meet the restaurant's needs.
Report any breakages, anomalies, or required needs to your direct supervisor.
Requirements - What You Bring: Carry out the tasks assigned at your workplace following the instructions of your shift supervisors, such as preparation of mise en place for the assigned service, review of wine lists, checking par stocks of beverages at your workplace, and setting up service areas.
Maintain the preparation line, cost breakdowns, decoration, and style so that both in their creation and presentation they meet the standards established by the management team.
Have complete or maximum knowledge of all the products sold in the department.
Full involvement and participation in table service and customer care.
