Your mission

Support our consulting teams (our teams provide tailored technical advice and project management services)
Customer engagement, presentation, and proposal processing
Organization and coordination of property inspections, appointments, and events
Preparation of report templates
Interface function between project teams and "back office"
Ensuring quality standards
Preparation and distribution of reports and project documents in English, German and Spanish
Support in reviewing, downloading and auditing virtual data rooms
Various diverse, varied, and exciting tasks to support our consulting teams in projects

Your experiences

You have completed commercial, technical, or real estate training or have demonstrable relevant experience in the above-mentioned tasks
Ideally, you already have min. 2 years of initial professional experience in the real estate industry, but also gladly from consulting firms or similar
You are an organizational talent, show commitment, and have a high service mentality
Very good English and Spanish and good German language skills and strong communication skills are a basic requirement
You are based in Madrid
Confident and routine handling of MS Office applications is a matter of course for you
You have no reservations about IT and are happy to help improve communication and data security through the application of new technologies
You always keep a cool head and see yourself as a strong support for our experts on site
Ideally, you repeatedly manage to motivate our teams with enthusiasm and humor
