The position will be based in Barcelona.The department of Human Resources Management and Business Law brings together 17 faculty members whose recent publications appeared in leading journals such as Academy of Management Perspectives, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Journal of World Business, Public Administration Review, Journal of Business Ethics, European Journal of Information Systems, and Journal of International Business Studies.Application deadline: Monday, January 20, 2025.Interviews: Wednesday, February 12, 2025, in Barcelona.POSITION OVERVIEW:Candidates should hold a PhD in Human Resources Management and possess excellent teaching abilities, as well as the potential to publish in leading academic journals. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the teaching of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior & Team Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility, in English, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, they will be expected to develop lectures in their field of expertise for the graduate and executive education levels.
