Job Title: Marketing Assistant & Customer Service Location: Ibiza, Spain Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) / All-Year Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00 hs - 18:00 hs Start Date: Immediately Duration: Indefinite Profile: Ibiza's leading real estate agency is looking for a methodical and forward-thinking team player with strong IT skills to work closely with senior management and be part of a dynamic team .
You will have excellent organizational skills , be self-motivated and able to work autonomously thinking on your feet.
Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Update and maintain client and real estate data using our CRM system, Excel spreadsheets, and Power BI.
Marketing Support: Assist the company's marketing manager in various marketing projects including content creation, design, translations, and more.
Sales Team Support: Assist our busy sales team with maintaining real estate data up-to-date and other tasks.
Website Maintenance: Use WordPress to maintain and update our website back office.
Report Creation: Assist in the collation of company reports.
Front Desk Operations: Welcome and assist walk-in clients, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Phone Communication: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing client inquiries appropriately.
Requirements: Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential , plus proficiency in one additional language.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years professional experience in marketing, customer service, and/or administration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
Knowledge of Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom) is a plus.
Living Situation: Stable living situation in Ibiza is a must.
