About the role: As a User Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for resolving issues related to Lucanet products and third-party integrations.
Join our SWE Support team to help clients by addressing and resolving technical and user-based queries swiftly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service quality.
What you'll do: Address and qualify customer enquiries via telephone, providing prompt support and error analysis.Support users on issues related to various Lucanet modules, including Consolidation, Financial Planning, Tax Compliance, and ESG Reporting.Create, review, and update knowledge articles to improve team efficiency.Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members, sharing best practices and insights. What you bring to the table: Completed training or degree in business administration with a year of relevant experience.Sound understanding of controlling, finance, and accounting principles.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, enhancing productivity.Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or above).
Knowledge of additional languages like Italian, French, Dutch, or Spanish is a strong plus.Basic technical skills, including familiarity with Windows and Linux systems, and capabilities in SQL and databases.Previous experience with ticketing and CRM systems is advantageous.
