In our team you will develop thefollowing functions:Define and execute thestrategic data roadmap, aligning the architecture with business objectives.Lead and manage amultidisciplinary team of engineers specialised in data, analytics and AI,fostering their professional development.Act as Scrum Master,prioritising short-term deliverables without losing sight of the strategicvision.Design and implement modernarchitectures based on microservices and containers, using technologies such asDocker and Kubernetes.Promote and oversee bestpractices in data governance, security, modelling and technical documentation.Work directly on solvingcomplex problems, providing technical guidance to the team.Integrate Machine Learningmodels into software systems, ensuring scalability and performance.Oversee the developmentlifecycle, from design to implementation, with a focus on quality andefficiency.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?This position requires solid knowledge and experience in:Software leadership and development (5+ years ofexperience in architectural design and building complex systems).Evolution of technology platforms to advancedcapabilities, including data integration and AI modelling.Data and AI integration, experience with scalable dataarchitectures and modern integration tools (Apache Airflow, Prefect, Luigi).Integration of Machine Learning models in softwaresystems.Object-oriented programming.Python ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, ML frameworks).Design and implementation of cloud-oriented architectures(AWS, Azure, GCP).Big Data frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop, HDFS) andstorage (S3, SQL/NoSQL databases)Containers and deployment: Docker, Kubernetes.Knowledge in DevOps and CI/CD practices for the deploymentand maintenance of platforms, previous experience in public transport or ITSrelated projects, familiarity with agile methodologies, relevant cloudtechnical certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google CloudProfessional Data Engineer) and experience with additional data analysis andvisualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI) will be an asset.
